As Christians amid a pandemic, there are many decisions that need to be carefully thought through. It is especially important that as we make decisions on the basis of our consciences, that our consciences have been properly informed by scriptural principle and the most reliable scientific information.
Due to the media saturation on this issue, there is much to navigate and many opinions to consider. As a College, we would commend the below articles as a good starting point in your thinking through the aspects involved in making an informed decision on whether to take one of the available vaccines.
These are by no means exhaustive, but we do hope they will give you a grid through which to think theologically about this decision that currently presents itself to all who live in Sydney, and more widely in Australia.
