Ongoing Support and Further Education
We hope that you will also stay connected to our centres and hence, we will share some of their key news, services and events to the Alumni network.
CMD offers a range of training, mentoring and support services to serve gospel workers in their ministries and in their churches. This includes training workshops, ministry development planning, facilitation of ministry cluster groups, as well as online resources.
P&A is focussed on encouraging the ministries of women in partnership with men. They hold an annual one-day conference as well as evening lectures throughout the year. Their website includes a job board, training papers, and a catalogue of articles, journals, videos and audio files.
CCL aims to make the theological wisdom of the Moore College faculty accessible to the wider Christian community. As well as regular public lectures, there are podcasts, blog posts, essays, videos and talks online.
Alumni Supporting Moore
Prayer Support
Moore College needs your prayer support. Please pray that God will provide men and women for education and training to equip them for a lifetime of mission. We’d appreciate your prayers for future students, for our faculty and staff and for our graduates as they leave us for the tasks that our God has prepared for them. To inform you prayers, please sign up to receive College’s prayer points.
Financial Support
Moore College needs your financial support, as well as that of your churches as able. There are many ways to give and many different forms of support.
Advocacy
We see our graduates as key recruiters for us, so please don’t forget to encourage others to study at Moore. Please contact us if you would like to refer anyone to study at College and we’ll get in touch to discuss options and show them around.
Alumni Keeping in Touch
Reunions
College is keen to host special reunion events for year groups at five-year intervals at the College. Reunion events include morning/afternoon tea, lunch in the dining hall, tours of College, room use for story sharing and more. We are also exploring alumni events outside Sydney. Ideally these would be in large cities or major regional centres that have a number of alumni in close proximity (say driving distance of 60-90 minutes). We would be happy to discuss the possibilities with you, so please contact the Alumni Association to discuss. Additionally, if you are meeting yearly for your annual year group retreat, the College can to provide you with recourses to give to attendees.
